becoming synonymous with purity, a unique granulated texture,
and an unmistakable homemade taste.

Founded by Mr. G. R. Balasubramaniam fondly known as
GRB, the brand grew from humble beginnings into a globally
recognized name. His vision, commitment to quality, and drive
for excellence continue to inspire and set new standards in taste
and trust.

Today, the next generation of leadership blends global education, technical depth, and market foresight to guide GRB into its next phase of growth in a responsible, strategical, and sustainable way.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Mr. Dhanraj provides strategic stewardship across the organisation’s commercial vision, sales leadership, and long-term market expansion. With a deep focus on governance, scale, and operational excellence, he plays a central role in strengthening GRB’s market leadership and institutional resilience.

A key milestone under his leadership was the conceptualisation and establishment of GRB’s NABL-accredited laboratory, a significant advancement that underscores the company’s uncompromising commitment to quality assurance, food safety standards, and regulatory excellence.

Beyond business performance, Mr. Dhanraj is an active member of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, where he contributes meaningfully to initiatives that promote sustainable development and community upliftment. He holds a Master’s degree in International Business from London South Bank University, bringing a globally informed, future-oriented perspective to his leadership mandate.

DIRECTOR

Mr. Balakarthik Balasubramaniam is Director at GRB Dairy Foods Pvt. Ltd., overseeing the company’s International business and marketing.
He plays a strategic role in shaping product strategy and category development, ensuring every new launch is backed by strong processes and clear market relevance.

He has played a pivotal role in diversifying GRB’s portfolio beyond ghee into sweets, instant mixes, masalas, snacks, and ready-to-cook categories. Balakarthik holds a Master’s degree in Food Processing Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago.
